The options below describe ways we can help, not fixed-price packages. Your quote confirms screen complexity, user roles, supplied content, feedback rounds and acceptance criteria. Discovery is a separate deliverable; it does not include a working application or automatically count towards a later build.

Not always. If you already have a clear brief and a suitable technical starting point, we can scope the build directly. Discovery is useful when workflows, dependencies or priorities still need to be resolved. We agree on the appropriate starting point before work begins.
Additional workflows, complex permissions, specialist calculations, external integrations or legacy data can change the work substantially. The screen count alone does not determine the scope. We review the details and propose a smaller first release or a tailored project where appropriate.
The agreed source code, setup notes and release documentation form part of the handover. The proposal identifies repository and account access, third-party licences and any included support period. Continued maintenance and development are planned separately.
