Information on this website
We write our pages and articles carefully and state the sources and dates of time-sensitive information. Even so, information can become outdated or incomplete. The content is general in nature and is not legal, financial or security advice for your specific situation. No rights can be derived from it.
Prices and price ranges in our articles describe the market and illustrate how costs arise. They are not offers from Pixel Shield.
Quotes and agreements
An assignment is only agreed once we have both confirmed a quote or agreement in writing, for example by email. The scope, price and conditions in that document apply to the assignment.
Conditions of the free scan
The free AI visibility and security scan is free of charge and without obligation. The following conditions apply:
- You may only request a scan for a website you own or manage, or for which you have permission to request it.
- We only perform passive checks on publicly available information. The scan is not a penetration test: we do not attempt logins, scan ports, exploit vulnerabilities or run load tests.
- The report describes what we observed on the date of the scan. It is not complete and does not guarantee that a website is secure or will be mentioned by search engines or AI tools.
- We may decline or postpone a request, for example if ownership is unclear or capacity is limited.
- The report is intended for your own organisation.
Intellectual property
The texts, designs, illustrations, code and other content on this website belong to Pixel Shield or its licensors. You may not copy or publish them without our written permission, except where the law allows it, such as quoting with a clear reference to the source.
Links to other websites
Our articles link to external sources and our social media pages. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pixel Shield is not liable for damage resulting from the use of information on this website or from the temporary unavailability of the website. This does not affect liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Reporting a vulnerability
Have you found a security vulnerability on this website? Please report it to [email protected] so that we can fix it. We ask you to:
- describe the issue and the steps to reproduce it;
- not access, change or delete more data than needed to demonstrate the issue;
- not use denial-of-service attacks, social engineering or physical attacks;
- give us reasonable time to fix the issue before sharing it with others.
If you report in good faith and follow these rules, we will not take legal action against you. This policy covers pixelshield.studio only; our clients’ systems fall outside it.
Applicable law and changes
Dutch law applies to these terms. We may change them when our website or services change; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
